Individual Therapy
In our one-on-one sessions, we provide a and supportive environment to address your concerns, whether they involve anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, self-esteem, or navigating life transitions. Our goal is to you understand and process these challenges, empowering you to find healing and growth. Together, we will explore your feelings and develop strategies to enhance your well-being.
Child and Teen Therapy
Age-appropriate, developmentally informed treatment that helps children express emotions, build emotional regulation skills, improve behavior, and cope with challenges at home, school, or in social settings. Approaches may include play therapy, art-based interventions, and family involvement.
Couples Counseling
Our couples counseling services focus on enhancing communication, addressing challenges, and improving conflict resolution skills. We are dedicated to helping you build and repair your relationship, a deeper connection and understanding between partners. Let us support you in navigating the complexities of your relationship for a brighter future together.
Therapy Dogs
Daphne, my beloved dachshund therapy dog, has passed away. She previously provided comfort and support to my clients during sessions.​ I’m fortunate to have my new therapy dog, Lula, who joins me in sessions. Lula provides comfort, companionship, and and supportive environment for clients. She is full of love, is a cuddler and is wonderful with children. Lula will definately put a smile on your face.
