For NC licenses, dial 888-248-6834 or reel them in at www.ncwildlife.org. SC licenses can be caught at www.dnr.sc.gov or by ringing 803-734-3833. Out-of-state visitors can also snag a 7-day license with a valid state ID. Don't let the lack of a license be the one that got away!
